Returns Policy

At My Postal Perks we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your subscription
box. However, due to the nature of our subscription service, we have the following returns
policy:
1. No General Returns
As our subscription boxes contain curated items, most of which are specially selected or
limited edition, we do not accept general returns. All sales are final once the box has been
shipped and received.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
a. If you receive a damaged or defective item in your subscription box, please contact us
within 7 days of receiving your box.
b. To initiate a return or replacement for damaged or defective products, please provide
detailed information and, if applicable, photos of the damage or defect.
c. If your item is deemed damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or a store
credit for the value of the affected item(s). We may require you to return the damaged
product before issuing a replacement or credit.
3. Missing or Incorrect Items
a. If your box is missing an item or contains an incorrect product, please contact us within
7 days of receiving your subscription box.
b. We will review the issue and, if necessary, send you the missing or correct item(s) at
no additional charge.
4. Eligibility for Returns
a. Returns or exchanges are only eligible for products that are damaged, defective, or
incorrectly shipped.
b. If a product is in its original, unopened, and unused condition, we may allow for an
exchange or credit at our discretion. Please contact customer support for further
assistance.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
a. For damaged or defective products, we will cover any shipping costs for returning the
item to us.
b. For any returns or exchanges not caused by damage or defect, the customer is
responsible for shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for subscription box services.
