By subscribing to My Postal Perks, you agree to comply with and be bound by
the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before subscribing.
1. Subscription and Payment
a. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to pay the subscription fee as indicated at
checkout. Payment will be billed at the frequency selected (monthly, quarterly, annually,
etc.) unless canceled.
b. All fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in these terms.
c. You authorize My Postal Perks to charge your credit card or other chosen payment
method for each billing cycle.
2. Cancellation and Modifications
a. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle by
accessing your account or contacting our customer service team. Cancellations are
effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
b. We reserve the right to modify the Service, including box contents, pricing, and
subscription terms, at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes.
3. Delivery and Shipping
a. The subscription box will be delivered to the shipping address you provide at the time
of subscription. You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping information is
accurate and up-to-date.
b. Shipping and handling fees may apply and will be added to the total cost of your
subscription, if applicable. Delivery times may vary based on location and service
provider.
4. Returns and Refunds
a. Due to the nature of our subscription service, all sales are final, and we do not accept
returns unless a product is damaged or defective.
b. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service
team within 7 days of receiving your box for assistance.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and
for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access or
activity, you must notify us immediately.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any activities that may interfere with the functioning of the
Service, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or attempts to alter the contents of your
subscription box.
7. Limitation of Liability
My Postal Perks will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use
of the Service, including but not limited to, indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make
changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use
of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of Michigan USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
