Where does MYPOSTALPERKS ship?

We are currently shipping in the USA at this time.

How does the membership work?

Once you subscribe to our My Postal Perks box, you'll be charged immediately, and your first box will ship within 7 days! 📦✨

Each month, you'll receive a curated selection of USPS-themed apparel and everyday essentials, handpicked by our team—because postal workers deserve perks too!

What comes in the subscription boxes?

Each person who subscribes to one of our boxes will fill out a form with some basic info. Keeping this info in mind, our My Postal Perks will curate a box specifically to YOU!

Some of the items we have are: hoodies, tshirts, tote bags, jewelry, socks, blankets, lanyards AND MORE!

How do I cancel my subscription?

We hate to see you go!

1. Navigate to "My Account"

2. Select "Cancel Subscription"

3. Complete the cancellation flow.

*Note: There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you with a refund for any prepaid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge.

When will the cancellation go into effect?

We hate to see you go!

The cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before your next billing date.

Can I reactivate my subscription?

Absolutely! You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging back into your account and following the reactivation prompts.
